28 year-old woman presented to Dr. Shridharani’s Manhattan plastic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, concerned about the overall appearance and weight of her large breasts. For years she noted substantial asymmetry between both breasts and was hoping to improve the discrepancy in size and shape. She also complained of “shoulder grooving” from her bra straps and back pain from her heavy breasts. She requested a bilateral breast reduction with a lift. She wanted a natural overall look. The patient underwent a no-drain bilateral breast reduction and breast lift with a Wise Pattern (anchor scar). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1 year after her procedure.
