46 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery office, LUXURGERY, in New York City concerned with the appearance of deflated breasts. She was looking for a natural alternative to breast implants that would create slightly fuller, feminine breasts with little to no scarring. The patient elected to undergo liposuction to upper and lower abdomen, waist, and knees, inner and outer thighs with fat transfer to breasts. Dr. Shridharani was able to use patient’s own fat reserves, successfully giving her fuller breasts with a gentle natural slope she desired. She is pictured here one week prior to surgery and 9 months after her procedure. She is extremely pleased with the surgical outcome and she feels more feminine and confident in her newly contoured body.
