30 year-old Asian-American woman presented to LUXURGERY in New York City for a breast augmentation with Dr. Shridharani. During her consultation with Dr. Shridharani, she stated she is a fitness model and was looking for a moderate increase in her breast size for her photo-shoots. The patient stated that she spent many hours a week in the gym and she did not want her breasts to get in the way of her fitness routine, but also wanted to be able to fill out the apparel she wears. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 325cc smooth, round, moderate plus, silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 6 months after her procedure. She was very happy with the procedures and feels her improved confidence has led to booking more modeling shoots and walking in shows.
