30 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery office in Manhattan concerned with the appearance of deflated and drooping breasts. She also was not pleased with excess fat in her abdomen, waists/love handles, and upper back. She felt like she was a “full A cup/small B cup” and wanted to be a “full C cup or small D cup.” She understood that she required both a breast augmentation AND breast lift (mastopexy) to get the desired results. She elected to have the procedure performed by Dr. Shridharani in his private operating room in New York City. She had different sized breast implants placed due to her natural asymmetry. A 320 cc (right breast) and a 270 cc (left breast) smooth, round, silicone gel moderate profile implants was placed below the muscle and breast lift performed at the same time. She later had liposuction performed by Dr. Shridharani on her upper and lower abdomen, waist, and back bra roll. She is pictured here 1 week before her surgery and 1 year later.
