Description
32 year-old woman presented to the office requesting a breast implant exchange. She had previously had a breast augmentation performed 5 years ago by another surgeon and was not pleased with her fullness and the overall look. She had 300 cc saline implants. She wanted to be fuller and have the appearance of a more lifted appearance. She also noticed rippling and wanted silicone gel implants. The patient underwent a breast augmentation/implant exchange with 375 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through a peri-areolar incision approach (around the nipple). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 10 months after her procedure.
