59 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani's cosmetic plastic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, in New York with the desire to refine her thighs and improve the overall appearance of her legs. The patient has very good anatomy and muscle strength but she felt that irrespective of diet and exercise, she could not regain the shape in her thighs making fitting into clothing difficult. The patient elected to undergo limited (short-scar) thigh lift for more sculpted, contoured appearance to her thighs. Dr. Shridharani was able to make a fine incision at the crease of the groin ensuring its placement is well hidden and inconspicuous. She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and one year after her procedure. She is extremely pleased with the surgical outcome and she feels confident in her newly contoured body.
