61 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani's cosmetic plastic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, in New York with the desire to refine the shape of her thighs and improve the overall leg contour. The patient complained of excess skin and thighs that are not proportionate to her overall body shape. This prevented her from comfortably fitting into clothes, making her look heavier, older, and less fit than she actually is. Dr. Shridharani performed a medial thigh lift successfully reshaping and creating more sculpted, contoured appearance to her thighs. For this technique, the incision was made in the natural groin crease resulting in a scar that is discreet and easily hidden.
