56-year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s plastic surgery office, LUXURGERY, in New York City with the desire to rid excess fat and improve the contour to her overall physique, while achieving fuller, natural appearing and feeling breasts. The patient remains at a consistent weight and abdominal fullness despite regular exercise and a healthy diet. She elected to undergo liposuction to her upper and lower abdomen, bilateral waist, bilateral back bra rolls, and fat transfer to her breasts. Concerned about the result of her belly button, the patient was reassured that the shape will create a taught and more youthful outcome. After two pregnancies, the patient developed uneven breasts with a wide gap, thus desiring more volume and fullness in a modest increase of breast size. She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and nearly 1 year after the procedure. She loves her contoured silhouette and is considering an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) in the near future.
