52-year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s plastic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, in NYC with the desire to achieve a more naturally contoured body aesthetic through liposuction with fat transfer to the breasts. Having a history of three pregnancies, the patient had concerns of fat excess in the flanks, bra rolls, and abdomen. She exercises regularly and follows a strict diet, however, after menopause, she is unable to lose the excess weight. The patient elected to undergo liposuction to the upper and lower abdomen, bilateral waist, bilateral upper back and front bra rolls with autologous (her own) fat transfer to the breasts, resulting in a beautiful, natural “ski-slope” that she requested. The patient is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1 year after her procedure. She is extremely pleased with her surgical outcome and feels more confident with her beautifully contoured physique.
