Description
26 year-old woman presented to the office requesting a breast augmentation with Dr. Shridharani. She had been thinking about having a breast augmentation in NYC for quite some time and wanted to have breasts that “fit her body.” She enjoys spending time at the beach wants to be able to wear certain types lingerie. Her concerns were to not look “fake,” but still fill out certain dresses and tops. She notes breast asymmetry and that her left breast is smaller than the right breast. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 300 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 6 months after her procedure.
