35 year-old female presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery practice in Manhattan requesting liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks/Brazilian Butt Lift. Although this patient is petite, she was requesting to undergo liposuction of the abdomen, pubis, waist/flanks, lower and upper back, inner thighs and medial knees so she could have the fat transferred to her buttocks. She stated she had lost volume in her buttocks after having children and desired fuller buttocks to give her more of an hourglass figure. Dr. Shridharani performed liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, pubis, bilateral waist/flanks, bilateral lower back, bilateral upper back, bilateral inner thighs and bilateral medial knees with fat transfer to buttocks.
