37 year-old female who presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery office in New York City requesting fat transfer to the buttocks aka Brazilian Butt Lift. She wanted to also undergo liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, thighs and buttocks. Despite eating well and spending several hours per week at the gym, she still had trouble getting rid of what she calls “baby fat” and the ability to regain tone in her buttocks. She desired a more full buttock to give her an overall more aesthetically pleasing contour. Dr. S and the patient decided on liposuction of her abdomen, waist, upper and lower back, pubis, with fat transfer to her buttocks.
