35 year-old woman presented to LUXURGERY in Manhattan for a breast augmentation with Dr. Shridharani. She had been thinking about having a breast augmentation for many years, but was not able to find the time because she was a very busy mom. After her consultation with Dr. Shridharani, she felt very comfortable with him and his team and understood the down time was going to be minimal. She had an important event to attend in a few months and wanted to look her best. She stated that she wanted her breasts to be larger, but wanted them to look natural. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 235cc smooth, round, moderate plus projection, silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 4 months after her procedure. At her most recent visit she stated that she was so pleased and that she recognizes friends seem to notice her filling out her bikini top, but not sure if she had anything done due to the natural appearance.
