31 year-old Asian-American woman presented to the office requesting a breast augmentation. She works out several times per week and is quite thin. Her concerns were to not look “fake” and have a “natural ski slope” appearance of the transition from her upper chest to breast. She also wanted a more natural feeling breast. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 250 cc smooth round silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 9 months after her procedure.
