Breast Augmentation (Implants) Patient #2

Case ID: 63801

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

25 year-old female presented to the office wanting to increase her overall femininity with respect to her breasts, abdomen and love handles. She eats well and spends several hours per week at the gym to get rid of what she calls “baby fat.” She requested a “natural and conservative” breast augmentation to complement her overall aesthetic. She also requested body contouring in the form of liposuction of the abdomen and waists/love handles. Due to her breast asymmetry, meticulous care was taken to try to match her breasts to one another as close as possible. Intra-opeartively, breast implant sizers were placed to “test” the appearance. The patient had a 270 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implant placed on the right side and a 210 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implant placed on the left side. Both implants were placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 9 months after her procedure.
