38 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani in NYC interested in having lip filler. She stated that she had previously had filler elsewhere one year ago and was not pleased with the overall results. She states that the contour was never to her satisfaction and she had a “touch-up” a few months later. She came to Dr. Shridharani as a referral from a friend who was very pleased with her procedures. The patient wanted “full” and “sexy” lips. She requested “volume” and wanted to experience minimal discomfort. She asked Dr. Shridharani to perform lip augmentation with dermal fillers. She underwent injection into her upper and lower lips with a total of 0.7 cc of Restylane Silk (with built in lidocaine – local anesthetic). She is pictured here before her injection and 1 week later.
