36 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery practice in New York City with a desire to have a “lip augmentation.” She is otherwise healthy and just wanted to have fuller and sexier lips. She has had Botox injections with Dr. Shridharani in the past and was very pleased. She trusted him to do the injection since she was concerned with looking “fake.” Her goals were to have “plumper” lips without them looking “duck-like.” She underwent injection into her upper and lower lips with a total of 1 cc of Restylane Silk.
