28 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani in New York City interested in having non-surgical lower eyelid rejuvenation. She feels like she looks “tired” and has “dark circles,” despite being young and feeling great. She is pleased with the volume in other parts of her face, but notices less volume in her lower eyelids consistent with “tear troughs.” She asked Dr. Shridharani for dermal fillers to the lower eyelid tear troughs. The patient underwent injection of 0.3 cc of Belotero to each tear trough. She is pictured here right before her injection and the next day. She has minimal swelling and bruising and was very pleased.
