31-year-old woman presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery office in Manhattan, requesting a bilateral breast augmentation. Her concerns were that her breasts were not as full as she would like. She also noticed that her right breast had slightly more ptosis (drooping) than her left breast, but she did not want the scars involved with a breast lift. Patient underwent a breast augmentation with 300 cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel breast implants placed below the muscle (pectoralis major) with inframammary incisions. The patient is extremely happy that the breast implants gave her a fuller look, while also allowing her breasts to look more lifted. She also underwent abdominal and waist liposuction. She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 3 months after her procedure.
