32 year-old woman presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s plastic surgery practice in Manhattan, concerned about the overall appearance of her breasts. The patient has a history of undergoing a breast augmentation at another practice several years ago and was a requesting a breast revision due to implant malposition and cosmetic dissatisfaction. The patient was unhappy with her “cleavage” and looking for an improvement in the midline of her chest. She was interested in undergoing a breast implant exchange with pocket correction of the breasts in New York City with Dr. Shridharani. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 400 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (on the underside of breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 6 months after her procedure.
