27 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery practice in NYC with a desire to have a non-surgical “lip augmentation” with dermal fillers. She requested “fuller” and “sexier” lips. She has had Botox injections and Voluma with Dr. Shridharani in the past and was very pleased. She trusted him to do the injection since she was concerned with looking “fake.” Her goals were to have “plump” and “pouty” lips without them looking “duck-like.” She underwent injection into her upper and lower lips with a total of 1 cc of Restylane Silk.
