37 year-old male presented to the office with a desire to improve the appearance of his jawline without surgery. He works out and eats well, but is never able to get a tighter and cleaner neck profile. He wears suits with a collared shirt and tie most days at work and finds it uncomfortable. He came to Dr. Shridharani in New York City for Kybella. Though the patient saw other doctors in the past few years, he was always offered liposuction, which he stated he was not interested in at that time.
