69 year-old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Manhattan with a desire to improve her “loose neck skin and get rid of fat.” She came to Dr. Shridharani for a Kybella treatment. She was not interested in having another surgical procedure due to her history of facelift and neck lift with another surgeon, although she is several years removed and healthy. The patient wanted an improved neck and jaw line with NO surgery. She was hoping for tightening. She is pictured here right before her Kybella injection and one month after her FIRST and only treatment. She was very pleased with Dr. Shridharani and the LUXURGERY plastic surgery team. She noticed significant improvement and neck skin retraction.
