This is a 48 year-old female who presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery office, LUXURGERY, in NYC requesting improvement of the appearance of her abdomen, waist, back, and upper arms. The patient felt that regardless of diet and exercise she could not regain the fit shape of her midsection that she once had prior to having 2 children. After pregnancy, she noticed it became more difficult for her to lose the extra fat in her abdomen. Also, she felt her love handles and back bra rolls began to bulge in her clothes.
