51 year old female presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, in New York City with the desire to alleviate the appearance of tiredness and aging beneath her eyes. She stated that her fatigued appearance made her look sad, angry, and exhausted; when in fact she was well rested. She elected to undergo lower blepharoplasty (transconjuctival approach) and laser resurfacing to lower eyelid skin for fresher and more youthful look to her face and eyes. She requested the incisions to be placed on the underside of the eyelids so there would be no external scar. She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1 month after her procedure. She is very pleased with the surgical outcome and notices a refreshed and more youthful appearance.
