Case Details
This is a 58 year-old female who presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery office, LUXURGERY, in NYC requesting improvement of the appearance of her tummy, waist, and back. The patient felt that regardless of diet and exercise she could not regain the shape of her midsection that she once had. After pregnancy, she noticed excess skin on her lower abdomen and weaker abdominal muscles. She felt her love handles and back bra rolls began to budge in her clothes. Although the patient had originally presented to Dr. Shridharani for a tummy tuck, she decided to combine liposuction of the waist and back with an abdominoplasty to give her the contour she had desired for many years.
