44 year-old woman presented to the office with dissatisfaction of appearance of bilateral breasts. For years she noted substantial asymmetry between both breasts and was hoping to improve the discrepancy in size and shape. She requested a right breast reduction and a left breast lift (Mastopexy). She wanted a more natural look and was not interested in an implant or being bigger. The patient underwent a drainless right breast reduction and left breast lift with a Wise Pattern (anchor scar.
