40 year-old male presented to the office with a desire to improve the appearance of his jawline without surgery. This patient is often photographed and wanted to appear thinner in front of the camera. He works out and eats well, but is never able to get a tighter and cleaner neck profile. He came to Dr. Shridharani in New York City for Kybella. Though the patient saw other doctors in the past few years, he was always offered liposuction. He stated he was not interested in undergoing surgical intervention. He is pictured here 1 day prior to his first treatment and 2 months after his SECOND treatment.
