32 year-old female (mother of two) presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery office in New York City requesting liposuction of several areas with fat transfer to the buttocks/Brazilian Butt Lift. She requested liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, thighs, upper arms, and buttocks. Despite eating well and spending several hours per week at the gym, she still had trouble getting rid of her abdominal fat and regaining tone in her buttocks. She desired a fuller appearing buttocks to give her an overall more aesthetically pleasing contour. She underwent liposuction of her abdomen, waist, upper and lower back, pubis, upper arms, and outer thighs with fat transfer to her buttocks.
