63-year-old male presented to Dr. Shridharani’s plastic surgery practice, LUXURGERY, in NYC with the desire to improve the appearance of his upper and lower eyelids. His chief complaints included eyelid hooding and laxity, fatigued appearance, wrinkles and creases, and fat excess aka “eye bags” (lower eyelids). Looking to improve the appearance of his “tired eyes,” he proceeded with upper and lower blepharoplasty and also elected to undergo laser resurfacing to his face and scalp for improved skin quality, tone, and texture. The patient requested the incisions for lower blepharoplasty to be placed on the underside of the eyelids resulting in NO visible external scar. He is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1 year after his procedure and is extremely pleased with the surgical outcome.
