38 year-old Hispanic female presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery office in Manhattan, concerned with the appearance of very large and drooping breasts. For years she noted substantial asymmetry between both breasts and was hoping to improve the discrepancy in size and shape. More importantly, she had symptoms of back and neck pain. Also, she found it difficult to be active and exercise. The patient requested a breast reduction/lift. The patient underwent a bilateral drainless breast reduction with a Wise Pattern (anchor scar). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1 year after her procedure.
