42 year-old female who presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic surgery office in New York City, requesting liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks/Brazilian Butt Lift. Although this patient has a very small frame, she was requesting to undergo liposuction of the abdomen, waist, back, arms, and inner thighs so she could have the fat transferred to her buttocks. She stated she had always had flat buttocks, and she desired a fuller look to give her more of an hourglass figure. Dr. Shridharani performed liposuction of her abdomen, waist, upper and lower back, upper arms, and inner thighs with fat transfer to her buttocks.
