32 year-old woman presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Manhattan concerned about the overall appearance of her breasts. The patient has a history of having children and noted deflation and decreased contour. She was interested in undergoing breast augmentation in New York City with Dr. Shridharani. The patient requested a “natural look” and wanted to maintain her natural shape and just have a little more “fill.” The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 275 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (on the underside of breast). She also had liposuction of her front bra roll performed at the same time. She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 1½ years after her procedure.
