Bra bulge is a small pocket of fat that can appear between the outer, upper quadrant of the breast and the armpit. Sometimes, this obvious bulge may occur due to a poorly-fitted bra. It may also relate to a general lack of tone in the area of the upper chest; an area that can be difficult to target.
The fact of the matter is it doesn’t really matter why you have bra bulge. Liposuction

Yes, there will be swelling and bruising, but, in such a small area, liposuction results may be nicely obvious within a few weeks. The downside is that a little downtime is needed after surgery.
CoolSculpting
The application of freezing temperature has become almost as common as liposuction for fat reduction. CoolSculpting is a procedure we perform in the office without the need for anesthesia. Patients go home right after their session with no restrictions on activity. CoolSculpting does work over time, first affecting cells with cold so that their liquid contents crystallize. The cells are then processed and eliminated over the course of several weeks. The time it takes for fat to go away (approximately 3 months) is the one downside to CoolSculpting.
Kybella
Dr. Shridharani is a pioneer in the use of Kybella for localized body-sculpting. Kybella is the injectable drug, deoxycholic acid, that has gained FDA approval for submental fat-reduction (double-chin). In our office, Dr. Shridharani routinely administers Kybella for various other areas of concern, such as fat bulges around the bra area. Like CoolSculpting, Kybella works overtime to naturally destroy fat cells. Once they are gone, they do not grow back.
