53 year-old woman presented to LUXURGERY, Dr. Shridharani’s plastic surgery practice in Manhattan, requesting a breast augmentation. Her concerns were to have a “natural ski slope” appearance of the transition from her upper chest to breast and not look “fake.” Also, she noted her right breast was smaller than her left breast and was requesting to improve her asymmetry. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 425 cc on the right and 300 cc on the left with smooth round silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (underside of the breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 9 months after her procedure.
