21 year-old woman presented to Dr. Shridharani’s cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Manhattan concerned about the overall appearance of her breasts. She was interested in undergoing breast augmentation in New York City with Dr. Shridharani. The patient requested a “natural look” and wanted to maintain her natural shape and just have a little more “fill.” The patient underwent a breast augmentation with 225 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed underneath the muscle (pectoralis major) through an inframammary incision approach (on the underside of breast). She is pictured here 1 week prior to surgery and 6 months after her procedure.
